Chef's story

From his early childhood, Stephane ARNAL learns the cooking and pastry. His qualifications, professional’s experiences and his motivation offer him to work in the best Côte d’Azur establishments. He has worked at the “Hôtel Negresco” and “Moulin de Mougins” with the best professional in the field. He made a name for himself in the culinary world.

In 2009, with his wife Marie-Laure, they took the crazy challenge to take back a one of the most beautiful establishment in Antibes, the Restaurant “Les Vieux Murs”, known worldwide. He became the managing director and the kitchen manager. A family business, he is trying to develop every day with a goal, offer fine cookery and quality cooking.

Local farmers, regional products, local fish and fresh products, Stephane Arnal only swears by traditional food, local colors and flavors of Provence. Innovative food will bear fruits and enable him to get two quality labels – Maître Restaurateur and Quality Tourism. Throughout his career, he has attracted local and international customers.
